Alyssa Milano, Karie Znaniecki score two goals apiece in IWLCA Senior All-Star Game

SALISBURY, Md. — The collegiate careers of Alyssa Milano and Karie Znaniecki went out with a bang on Saturday.

Znaniecki had two goals and two assists and Milano had two goals for the victorious North squad in a 16-7 victory in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Division II Senior All-Star Game on Saturday.

NYIT teammate Kelly McQuail also was selected to the game, but was unable to participate.

The game was held at Tierney Field at U.S. Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Md.

Milano is the East Coast Conference Attacker of the Year and a first-team IWLCA all-region selection. She departs NYIT as the program's career record-holder for goals.

Znaniecki earned first-team All-ECC and second-team IWLCA all-region. She tallied 117 points this past season, including a program single-game-record 11 points twice in March.

McQuail, a defender, earned first-team All-ECC and second-team IWLCA all-region honors. She tallied 15 goals, five assists, 44 ground balls, 78 draw controls and 23 caused turnovers in 18 games (17 starts) this past season.
